Dear Mrs. Mauros,

It arrived on time as promised, thank you. It was outstanding - as good as mom's. As my brother opened his present, he couldn't quite figure out what it was. Then he stood up and yelled "POTICA." Of course, we then had to explain to all attending what it was. No one else had heard of potica before. Luckily, I did get to sample 1 slice and it was as rich in taste as I've ever had. Also, it stimulated some great childhood memories growing up in Northern Minnesota.

My brother's wife asked for the recipe. We laughed - Mom didn't have recipes. Anyway, thank you and your Mom so much for making potica available. There's nothing quite like it. However, I'll pass on the dandelion salad or egg soup.

I placed my order online the beginning of this week and anticipated not receiving my Potica in time for the holiday due to last minute ordering however I just received my two loaf gift pack and wanted to say "thanks". The order came very fast and in time for the upcoming holiday and it wouldn't be Christmas without it !

feasting. The potica that was sent here arrived on 12/19 & the potica
sent to Fl arrived on 12/20, according to my niece.
