Order Information
Viewing & Purchasing Products
Each Shop/Store is an individual business, to view the products and detailed descriptions, simply
click the product. When you decide to purchase an item, just click the Add To Shopping Cart
button.
View other products in a store by clicking the Return to Store button or the back button. You may return to the
ShopFest Mall home page by clicking the ShopFest Mall logo located at the top of each page.
Checking Out
The ShopFest Mall Shopping Cart was created to give the user a convenient way to shop at many different stores with one Checkout. Our Shopping Cart keeps a tally of each purchase from our different stores and individually calculates the totals.
When you are finished shopping in the mall, click the Checkout button. Whether you shop in one store or 20, you only fill in the customer information form out once, and are invoiced just once for the total purchase.
You will then be asked for information concerning your preferred payment method. All of our on-line transactions are secured. Payment methods include credit cards, checks or money orders.
Gift Cards
At the end of the order form you will find a convenient Gift Card form that you may fill out and send to the ShopFest Mall. We will then forward this form to the vendor you indicate and the Gift Card will be include with the order when shipped.
Shipping & Handling
The products you order come form many different locations around the country. ShopFest Mall
Shopping Cart will calculate Shipping & Handling charges for each store, which are then itemized on
your invoice.
The invoice is e-mailed to you as a confirmation of your order.
Our Vendors make every effort to ship your order within two business days from the time the order is placed. Because each ShopFest Mall Vendor is an independent business, ShopFest Mall cannot guarantee orders will be shipped in the normal two business days from the time the order is placed.
Sales Tax
ShopFest Mall Shopping Cart will calculate state and local sales tax. If you purchase a product
within your state, then state or local sales taxes may apply.
