At Shopfest.com, we respect your privacy. We take special care to protect any/all information you may send. This includes all personal information, (name, address, phone number, credit card, and email address, etc).
ShopFest stores all of our customer information that we may process "offline", which means it is impossible for unauthorized access to our customer databases.
Secure Shopping
ShopFest Mall protects the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information you input.
We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card number when confirming an order. We transmit the credit card numbers to the ShopFest Mall administrator who in turn securely transfers your order to our vendor/merchants.
All credit card numbers are stored off-line to negate the possibility of unauthorized access.
Third Parties
ShopFest Mall or any of its affiliates do not share the information you provide with any third party.
ShopFest Mall will only use this information "in-house". This means that any contact you receive (when giving us your email address etc.) will come only from ShopFest or the Merchant with which you have placed an order. ShopFest Mall may periodically contact customers when introducing a new store or product.
Information We Collect
ShopFest Mall maintains a "traffic count" of the visitors that come to our websites. We do not have the ability to identify who you are, unless you give us that information. We do have the ability to follow a particular IP (Internet Provider) address as it navigates our site. This gives us the ability to improve our customer service and website design.
